DOBROYD Point Cricket Club est 1976

Dobroyd Cricket Club was established back in 1976, originally playing out of the Sydney, Five Dock area, then in 2009 moving to their new home ground in Concord.

The club has a long history and many of the original members still play for Dobroyd.  The old saying is 'Once a Dobroydian, always a Dobroydian'

​

In 2008 Dobroyd Point CC was reborn, a new captain, a new mentality, and a new overall sense of club pride.

​

This didnt show more when we won the Premiership.  This was the start of something special.

Season 2009/2010 was upon us and once again, all the boys pulled together to win the first double since 1996.

​

As we entered 2010/2011 season and we realised that we have a chance to make history be being the first club to win 3 consecutive championships in a row.

Club Drink

As a club dripping in history it was only fair that our Club Drink matched .... We spent years sampling drinks, many drinks and after a long and fun hung over process.  Matching our values we chose a drink developed by Alexandre Le Grand in the 19th century - Bénédictine.

 

Bénédictine has become not only the drink of campions but also a drink to forge the fellowsihp of brotherhood.
